Safe ears during the swimming months of summer

Updated: Jul 3, 2020

I know many of you are concerned about swimmer’s ear, ear infections and complications from tubes in your kiddo’s ears as it heats up. The pools are opening up and it is time for some sun... but your little one submerging their ears in water can be scary. Trace and I have been dealing with issues with his ears for years. He ended up needing surgery twice, but I use these products that I ordered on Amazon to make things easier. Now, he swims like a fish and we never worry about water getting in his ears.

Mack's Pillow Soft Silicone Earplugs These earplugs are awesome. They are like putty. They run a little large so we break a small piece off for a snug fit. You want a good fit that covers the hole in the ear but sits in place on it’s own. https://amzn.to/2UvwyVR

Water Gear Latex Swim Cap After we get the plugs in place we add a cap over them. We pull the cap down to cover his ears. https://amzn.to/2YnBfC7

Aegend Swim Goggles These goggles look cool and they adjust easily. Slide these on to keep the cap in place. https://amzn.to/37irlFO

Now your little one will be set to swim into the sunset with a fortress to help protect and keep water out of their ears! This is an affiliate post.
