Most of my life, I have heard many people say, "I don't see color". In my opinion, that implies that it may be something wrong to be a person of color. I believe teams in any aspects of life are the best when they are diverse. By recognizing color, it allows people to be proud of their culture and gives them a chance to bring different perspectives to the table, and that is beautiful! This beautiful mosaic is at Hall winery in Napa Valley. So much beauty in all of these different colors, don't you think?
